ABSTRACT

                AI role become inevitable in all fields of emerging technology. It made drastic change in using AI tool to get accurate results. Today, AI tool supports the police investigation process to find particular offender in this billion populated world. Nowadays, lifestyle completely depends on the AI and its creation. But the existing IP legislation remain silent about protection to AI related creations.  This paper is to discuss upon the existing IP legislation including subject matter of Trademark, Patent, Copyright, etc.. This article pointed out the existing lacunas in the point of legislation and initiatives taken by WIPO in discussing the issue with AI in IP point of view with its member states.
